What began as a small, mobile operation with one van delivering engaging activity days has grown into a nationwide company trusted by organisations across the UK to deliver exceptional corporate team building experiences.
With over 50 years of combined experience designing and leading outdoor and group development programmes, Richard and Alexandra recognised a growing need for team building that was both accessible and impactful. They saw that businesses were increasingly looking for innovative ways to strengthen teamwork, boost morale, and develop leadership, all without the complexity and cost of traditional off-site retreats.
